- ➤ On Friday, an EF2 tornado tore through Lone Star near Ellison Creek Reservoir, and Mayor Brianna McClain issued a mandatory curfew as between 40 and 50 families were displaced and crews worked to restore power while a local church campgrounds suffered extensive damage including snapped trees and cars thrown hundreds of feet away—no injuries were reported.
