Teen Hangout will offer a free event on Tuesday, Dec.

16 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. where teens (ages 13-17) build PopTart gingerbread houses and enjoy a hot cocoa bar while chatting about books, games, movies and pop culture. The ASPIRE Mentor Program hosts the event.
