- ➤ At Camp PAW-some at the Longview Animal Care and Adoption Center, campers ages 6 to 10 learned to care for animals—and made friendship bracelets and watched a dog obedience demonstration on July 24th. - ➤ LeTourneau released its 2025 soccer schedules for both the men's and women’s teams; the men's team will play 18 matches with 10 home games starting on Aug. 30 against Dallas Christian at the Joyce Family Athletic Village, and the women’s team will play 17 matches with a home opener on Sept. 6 against Millsaps. Both teams are led by new head coaches, TJ Milby for the men and Karrigan Falber for the women, and join the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference—home games are free—while facing several new opponents. - ➤ On Thursday, July 24, 2025, coaches and media at the Southwest Junior College Football Conference media day released poll rankings with different orders for the top four teams.
