- ➤ Kilgore College’s nursing programs have achieved a 100% NCLEX pass rate for six consecutive graduating classes and its Vocational Nursing program for the last two graduating classes—exceeding the state average. - ➤ Longview residents can join the city's HealthyView initiative, which runs through January and invites adults to earn points by attending wellness classes, counting steps, and tracking weight loss. The program is led by Parks and Recreation and Mayor Kristen Ishihara — participants will win monthly prizes and a $1,000 reward for the highest score, with a celebratory run on the Boorman Trail closing the event.
