Good morning, Longview.

J-Star Ministries of Harleton left for Kerr County Sunday with cleaning supplies and nonperishables to help families affected by Friday's flooding, and founder Patrick Johnson stressed that shoes for all ages are urgently needed — drop-off locations in Longview are Carmela Davis CPA on 714 N High St and at 2304 Gilmer Rd. Texans on Mission will deploy cleanup crews and chaplains today while Johnson plans a second trip with a specific list of needs.
