- ➤ Jim Gaffigan, a Grammy-nominated comedian, will bring his Everything is Wonderful Tour to the Belcher Center at LeTourneau University on Nov. 19 at 7 p.m.—member ticket sales begin at 10 a.m. June 4 and public sales open at 10 a.m. June 5. Longview News-Journal

- ➤ Georgia Scott earned a spot in the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships Saturday at John McDonnell Field. Former Lobo Trent Williams will host a free football camp on June 13 at Lobo Stadium — Kilgore College will run summer sports camps and a Hall of Fame weekend on Sept. 25-26. Longview News-Journal
- ➤ Whitney Grubb (former UT Tyler champion) has been named head coach of LeTourneau Track & Field after a nationwide search; she served as throws coach last season and will lead the team as they prepare for the opening of a new indoor air dome later this summer. Longview News-Journal
