- ➤ Kilgore ISD announced Kristen Moss as the 2025 Elementary Teacher of the Year and Kaitlyn Brisendine as the 2025 Secondary Teacher of the Year. Moss, who teaches 3rd-grade at Chandler Elementary (and was named her campus' Teacher of the Year) and Brisendine, who teaches 8th-grade math at Kilgore Middle School (and leads the math department), were chosen for their strong classroom impact.
