- ➤ Longview law firm Miller Fair Henry represented Headwater Research when a federal jury awarded $278.8 million in damages to the Tyler company for patent infringement by Samsung. The trial in Marshall found that Samsung infringed on all six claims of Headwater’s patents that improve wireless communication and battery life—marking a key win for the firm. Longview News-Journal
