- ➤ Kilgore College men’s team won 64-58 over Navarro on Wednesday, improving their record to 22-3 with five games remaining. Meanwhile, the Lady Rangers saw their seven-game winning streak end with a 50-48 loss to Blinn as their softball team dropped two contests to Galveston. Longview News-Journal
- ➤ Hallsville swimmers Parker O’Dowd and Aryana Hallan along with Longview’s three-time qualifier Sean Lipp will compete in the UIL State Swim Meet this weekend at the Lee and Joe Jamail Texas Swimming Center at UT in Austin — they will race the 100 backstroke, 100 butterfly, and 100 breaststroke.
